Repair Service Guidelines Q. How long does your services take? A. Diagnostic service usually takes no more than 48 hours after we receive it. You have the option of accepting or declining the repairs done after the repair details. If you accept the repair cost, we then send you a invoice for the amount for payment. Once the invoice is paid, we proceed to repair your iPhone. Most repairs are usually done within 48 hours if we have your part in stock. What happens if I authorize repairs to my device and have trouble making payment? A. We will try our best to work with you. We can help by working with you by possibly buying your iphone for giving you time for payment. This is only offered on a case by case basis. Q. Can I send my device to you in pieces? A. Yes. There will be an automatic $30.00 technician service fee to diagnose any iphone that is received disassembled. Due to the device already being in several pieces we will not be able to proceed with a standard diagnostic process. Most units in this usually take twice as much time or longer to completely diagnose each part separately and then reassemble. This fee will be applied to any services you end up authorizing repair for. If you decline service the $30.00 fee will still stand. Q. What happens if your prices change? A. We have a 14 day price guarantee on all our repair quotes. We will honor any quote price for 14 days after quote given even if we raise our prices during the 14 day period. Q. You must request a RMA number prior to mailing back your iPhone. No returns will be accepted unless we issue a RMA number to customer prior to shipping. No returns will be taken without a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). If after you receive your part back and your iphone is still not working properly, we will offer a $5 dollar shipping back credit to your account. Warranty policy is 90 days from the return shipping date from the original repair. All iPhones are in warranty if a related issue is reported to us by any means within those 90 days.
